Donations

Our charity shop at RagTag receives donations from the community. We welcome donations of clothes, books, bric-a-brac, craft items, toys, games, jigsaws, and other quality pre-loved items that help us raise vital funds to support our charity and the work we do.

We can accept clean clothes for adults or children, paired shoes, games and jigsaws (which must be complete), craft items, toys, and bric-a-brac, provided they meet the conditions listed below.

We kindly ask that all donated items are clean and in good condition so they can be resold and enjoyed by others. If this is not the case then we cannot accept the donation. Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference and helps support both our community and a more sustainable future.

Please note that we cannot accept:
• Large furniture
• Baby furniture
• Helmets
• Any Bedding
• Any Electrical items
• Stuffing or filling materials used for craft items, due to fire safety regulations
• Any infested, dirty, broken, or damaged items
• Any items that are too old or unsuitable for resale

These guidelines help us manage and sort donations more efficiently, as we can only process what our small team has capacity for. Thank you for your understanding, support, and generosity — we truly appreciate every donation that we receive.
